Other great apps like Postico are HeidiSQL, phpMyAdmin, DataGrip and pgAdmin.
Postico into docker free#
The best alternative is DBeaver, which is both free and Open Source. Ensure that 'Use the WSL 2 based engine' is checked in Settings > General. There are more than 25 alternatives to Postico for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Online / Web-based and Self-Hosted solutions. Right-click the icon to display the Docker commands menu and select 'Settings'. I’m currently also readying up on docker. Once installed, start Docker Desktop from the Windows Start menu, then select the Docker icon from the hidden icons menu of your taskbar.
